Yes. Once you are registered, you can post as many job listings as you like You can post a separate ad for every position you have available to make sure the right candidates are seeing your ad.
INSTANTLY! Once your registration has been accepted and you have been confirmed as a radio employer, your job postings will be published to our web site as soon as you hit "Post Job" ! (you might wanna run a spell check before you hit the button). No waiting for you, or job seekers! You could have potential employees lining up the same day the position became available.
By default, ads will be deleted after being posted for 40 days, you are free to log in and delete them yourself at any time. We feel 45 days is an adequate time for your station to recieve emails from interested candidates. You are free to re-post the ad after this time, but request you don't post the same ad more than once at any one time..
100% FREE! There is no cost to register or post your job once registered.
Generally from 1 to 5 business days. To ensure the quality of the postings on Radio Job Shop we need to make sure our job posters are genuine and proper representatives in the industry. Anyone not using their company email for registration (such as a yahoo or hotmail email account) may be subjected to an even longer waiting period as we may need to call the station to confirm their identity. The more concrete information we are provided with, the quicker the registration process will be.
Absolutely! Provide us with a list of all the registrants, their stations, locations, etc, and we will do all the dirty work for you. Each individual will be provided with a temporary password that they can change at their convenience. For more information on mass registration, email

Absolutely, Your job posting is owned by you and you are free to edit it on Radio Job Shop as much as you want. If you want to post your job on other sites to maximize your audience, we encourage it!!! So long as the right job goes to the right employee, we don't care how it gets done, so long as it gets done! Since we are a free service for the Radio Industry, we hope everyone relies on us for their job postings as much as any other site out of logic for cost (or lack of).
Yes, Every job posting will also show up on our various social network sites. This gives job seekers another way to find available jobs without having to visit our website unless a job they are interested in is available... This way, the traffic we are getting to your ads are more likely to be genuinely interested and not just browsing. As soon as you submit a job it will be fed to our social network sites as well, for a REAL TIME UPDATE of the positions available..
Because this is a free job posting site, we ask that all our users register to give them the authority of managing their own ads, if you aren't comfortable with doing the registration yourself, you can send us your first ad along with all your contact information and we will do the registration process for you and provide you with your information for future use. The big benefit is, once you're registered, your ad will be published instantly and will take just as long as it would to send an email along with being able to edit and update it yourself without relying on anyone else.
Radio Job Shop is run by people involved in the multimedia industry, including radio broadcast and web development, this is a side project to provide a better service to both the station and the employee. If we charged a fee it would discourage employers from posting separate ads for different positions. By letting employers post as many jobs as they want, we can guarantee the best job search format for job seekers and let stations truly represent what they are looking for.
